How to return an item?
Do you want to return a product? No problem! Follow the steps below to register your return.
Step 1 – Contact us

Step 2 – Package the product
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if possible). Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
Step 3 – Ship the package
Send the package to our return address. The shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.
